• Design the user experience journeys, flows, mock-ups, concepts and prototypes for digital channels including web, mobile and messaging.

• Use metrics, data and insights to identify and validate user needs and make design decisions.

• Work with UX Researchers to analyze qualitative insights and apply them to designs.

• Adhere to and update the UX style guide and design system.

• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses of digital products.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Entry-level experience designing for desktop, mobile or web applications.

• Understanding of UX and UI techniques and processes.

• Experience with Axure, Figma and / or Adobe Creative Suite.
