Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring all products adhere to Uline’s quality standards.
Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records.
Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills with relentless attention to detail.
Able to move packages up to 50 lbs.
Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
