• Support Toronto Branch Management on office reporting and clerical duties.

• Plan and execute monthly department meetings, luncheons and company events for 500+ employees.

• Collect and organize data to write memos and reports.

• Maintain and update documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years of administrative / clerical experience, utilizing Microsoft Office programs and managing calendars.

• Adaptable with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
