Position Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and summarize findings with recommendations to management.

• Work with the Warehouse, Customer Service and HR teams on root cause investigations and analysis.

• Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs for informed decision-making.

• Manage projects and provide status updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong Excel and SQL skills. Power BI experience a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.

• Spend 5 hours per week performing warehouse, customer service and HR duties.
