Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? Then Uline is looking for you to join our Cafe team as an Administrative Assistant. Support management and staff as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It’s an exciting time to join Uline!

Position Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Uline’s Café team.

• Work closely with department trainers to update training manuals and deliver training sessions that are effective and informative.

• Assist with planning and execution of department activities, meetings and events.

• Support the HR Project Manager with onboarding new employees by creating and scheduling training plans.

• Manage daily calendar.

Minimum Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
