Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay from $28 to $32 per hour - That's up to $72,000 - $80,000 per year with bonuses!

Our people are our greatest asset! As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll work with Uline customers to resolve account issues and deliver legendary customer support!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.

• Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.

• Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.

• Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Business degree is an asset. This is a great opportunity for recent University graduates!

• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a business-to-business environment and with reconciling accounts.

• Call center or collections experience a plus.
