As a Warehouse Department Manager, support overnight operations at our 1 million square-foot Allentown warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Night Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8 PM to 5:30 AM

Position Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.

• Provide hands-on leadership and development for a team of 40 warehouse personnel.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.

• Monitor warehouse performance and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.

• Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
