Position Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to the Accounts Payable Analyst team.

• Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally.

• Monitor workflow by assigning requests and ensure completion dates are met.

• Review reports and assessments prepared by Accounts Payable Analysts to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.

• Identify Accounts Payable needs and recommend opportunities to management for process improvements, automation and efficiencies.

• Support special projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role.

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and in management preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
