You’ll gain in-depth knowledge at our 1 million square-foot Milton warehouse stocked with over 40,000 products. Join our growing North American company for job stability and endless opportunities!

Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of night shift warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.

• Gain hands-on night shift warehouse training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.

• Uphold exceptional levels of team accuracy, safety and performance.

• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly in a high-volume warehouse environment.

• 5+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, guiding a 20+ employee team.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
