Position Responsibilities
Reconcile timesheets and pay-related data each period, adhering to company policy and national legal requirements.
Manage payroll and reporting, ensuring compliance, accuracy and timeliness.
Process requests related to IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot and local / federal payroll taxes.
Calculate severance payments and administer company benefits.
Evaluate and enhance internal processes using the Workday and Tress systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of payroll administration experience with knowledge of Mexican payroll-related laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with Tress preferred. Workday knowledge a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
