The Case for Your Next Career Move: As Uline's Corporate Counsel, you'll support contracts and provide legal advice on issues important to our business. Bring your legal expertise to serve as a valued strategic advisor for our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate and review contracts, including customer, vendor and third-party service agreements.

  • Assess commercial transactions and provide practical legal and business advice to achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Conduct legal research, prepare documents and offer guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues.

  • Interprets laws, rulings and regulations to determine applicability to the company's business.

Minimum Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.

  • 3+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate setting.

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or eligible for admission as in-house counsel.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
