Job Title: Sr. Business Intelligence Developer

Duties: Uline, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin to conduct business intelligence analysis and development. Perform system design and architecture. Evaluate technologies to support the implementation of the Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap. Collaborate with business users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery. Provide technical and business knowledge support to the BI team. Ensure communication of user requirements. Design and build enterprise data warehouses. Utilize Microsoft BI technology including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI and Erwin. Perform data modeling and follow data integration strategies. Analyze data structures. Conduct data analysis programming using SQL and Python and develop code based on business requirements. Troubleshoot and debug software applications. Perform unit testing. Integrate software components and third-party programs. Utilize Extract, Transform, and Load (“ETL”) concepts and ELT tools including Informatica. Utilize database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2. Work with end-users to gather requirements and build technical solutions from concept to implementation. Develop BI reporting solutions. Draft low level design documentation. Analyze BI technologies and systems to ensure performance optimization and security sufficiency. Conduct technical maintenance and upgrades as needed. Track and document changes to software code through version control. Analyze datasets and derive meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Annual Salary $139,860 - $139,860.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus five progressive years of business intelligence analysis and development experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: Performing system design and architecture; Designing and building enterprise data warehouses; Utilizing Microsoft BI technology including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerBI and Erwin; Conducting data analysis programming using SQL and Python; Utilizing Extract, Transform, and Load (“ETL”) concepts and ELT tools including Informatica; Utilizing database platforms including SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2; and Developing BI reporting solutions.
