• Lead solution development by fostering strong partnerships with business and IT teams.

• Manage large-scale, critical projects that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

• Translate complex business needs into clear strategies and actionable roadmaps.

• Champion and facilitate core Agile / Scrum framework within assigned projects.

• Document business requirements using UML, process flows and use cases.

• Support change management by assessing current business processes, identifying gaps and driving meaningful improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 12+ years of experience in an analyst role.

• Extensive experience obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Strong understanding of cross-functional business operations.

• Expertise in modeling / mapping business processes - both “as-is” and “to-be.”
