• Lead and support a team of café attendants, keeping them informed on policies and initiatives.

• Assist café attendant scheduling and time-off requests.

• Maintain the Café’s front-of-house cleanliness and organization.

• Help manage vendor relationships for front-of-house products and occasional equipment repair and maintenance.

• Support administrative duties, including creating order forms, placing orders, financial tracking and reporting.

• Recommend and help implement food service process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Leadership experience and POS system knowledge.

• Restaurant management experience preferred.

• ServeSafe Certification a plus.
