• Handle 120+ collections customer contacts daily via phone and email.

• Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent collections accounts.

• Support the management of appropriate collections account aging.

• Identify high-risk accounts and notify management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.

• Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in a business-to-business environment and with reconciling accounts.

• Excellent customer service skills to support resolution of past due invoices.
