JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Software Development Team Leads for Pleasant Prairie, WI location. Plan and manage the development, maintenance, and support of software solutions. Lead a team of software developers to produce resilient, scalable software solutions and manage the day-to-day operations of an IT Software Development area. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the development team responsible for creating and supporting applications. Partner with architects, product owners, and software engineers to drive the implementation of new applications. Technical Environment: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Studio, MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, HTML, XML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, Angular JS, VBScript, LINQ, Ajax, Microsoft Fakes, SQL Server, T-SQL, Web API, Web Services, WCF, RESTful Services, Git, TFS, Dynatrace, Java, Springboot, Angular, Micro Services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  
*Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 2  years of experience in Software Development required. Required skills: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Studio, MVC, Entity Framework, IIS, HTML, XML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, Angular JS, VBScript, LINQ, Ajax, Microsoft Fakes, SQL Server, T-SQL, Web API, Web Services, WCF, RESTful Services, Git, TFS, Dynatrace, Java, Springboot, Angular, Micro Services. (*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus 5 years of progressive experience also acceptable).
