• Work with Building Interiors Project Managers on furniture inventory, projects and repairs.

• Coordinate with vendors and in-house facilities teams for seamless project execution.

• Prepare schedules and work plans.

• Create office layouts using CAD and PDF editing tools.

• Maintain accurate and consistent project documents and drawings.

• Support staff relocation projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in interior design, architecture or a related industry.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend project work.
