Position Responsibilities

• Research and source janitorial products from top domestic and international vendors.

• Manage janitorial vendor relations, visiting manufacturing facilities and tradeshows to ensure product quality and negotiating deals that boost profitability.

• Review customer feedback, competitor offerings and market trends to recommend new products.

• Support the catalog layout process to maximize product visibility and enhance our janitorial product offering.

• Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control and Pricing, to ensure product success.

• Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain or Marketing.

• Distribution or retail industry experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
