• Conduct training sessions covering areas such as onboarding, on-the-job training, new procedures and using new technology.

• Develop and maintain Accounts Payable training materials.

• Mentor employees under guidance training periods and report their progress to management.

• Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance preferred.

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Oracle knowledge a plus.

• Strong communication, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
