• Rotate through all departments to master warehouse operations, including earning forklift and equipment certifications.

• Work hands-on with the Operations team to identify system and process issues that impact daily warehouse functions.

• Review daily reports and dashboards, submitting any system issues to management for quick resolution.

• Troubleshoot system issues and analyze production processes.

• Work with operators to ensure new systems and processes are implemented effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and formatting documents.

• Strong communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.

• Lift, push and slide packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
