Position Responsibilities 

  • Manage and develop the compensation administration team, overseeing daily activities and the annual cycle.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Communicate and train executives and managers on compensation methodologies and processes.

  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness and validate salary structures.

  • Partner with Human Resources (HR) and key stakeholders to design and administer base pay, variable pay and other compensation programs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.

  • 7+ years of compensation management experience with a deep understanding of compensation principles and regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software, especially Workday Advanced Compensation and Payroll modules.

  • Strong analytical skills in market analyses, salary surveys and data modeling to develop and implement informed compensation strategies.
