• Partner with IT to manage the finance technology roadmap, budget and day-to-day operations.

• Manage finance tech projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet scope, timelines and budgets.

• Design technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and the customer experience, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor and develop the FinTech team, fostering growth, collaboration and high performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, IT or a related field.

• 10+ years of combined finance and technology experience, with 7+ years in leadership.

• Experience in analytics, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, Python, RPA, AI, and Tableau is a plus.

• Adaptable with strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
