• Monitor warehouse performance metrics around fulfillment speed and accuracy.

• Research issues to identify root cause.

• Analyze reports and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and review labor planning and volume forecast models.

• Work with IT and business users to test process and system changes impacting warehouses / distribution centers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus.

• 5+ years in data analytics and management with experience managing process improvement projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.

• Some travel to Uline’s North American locations.
