• Work with customers over the phone and on emails to provide them the documentation needed to process order payments.

• Analyze invoicing portals.

• Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.

• Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer’s invoices.

• Ensure invoices are correctly issued.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
