Position Responsibilities

• Help extract and interpret data to support HR initiatives like recruiting, compensation and staffing.

• Manage weekly and monthly reports and assist with analysis projects that impact our company's long-term success.

• Ensure data accuracy in HR systems, focusing on Workforce Planning and position management.

• Gather requirements to enhance and develop current processes and reports.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL or PowerBI a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
