Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for management including daily reporting and correspondences.
Run reports, queries and prepare presentations.
Order office supplies as needed.
Maintain positive vendor relations.
Plan and prepare events for branch and corporate visitors.
Handle special project requests when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Prior Office Administration / Management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
