Job Title: Systems Engineer

Duties: Uline, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin to perform systems engineering. Ensure the operational health of a Microsoft 365/SharePoint environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. Design, implement, and test the business continuity of software and technical solutions (disaster recovery and high availability). Utilize Azure functions, including .Net core, M365 power stack, Azure service bus, and data gateway. Create Azure application registrations for authentications, guest accounts, and mailbox resources. Utilize Active Directory to assign and enforce security policies for all computers and installing or updating software. Implement automations using Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure Automation to schedule and run on-demand processes. Maintain industry knowledge of technical changes and updates, roadmaps and releases, and third-party solutions in order to recommend technical changes and upgrades. Analyze feasibility and implement integrations between MS Teams and third-party systems including Service Now and Workday. Define processes and procedures to update and patch technical equipment and software. Build DevOps repository for code and automation management and version control. Provide tier-three administration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Create and support flows through PowerApps. Support end-users to maximize their productivity using features and capabilities of Microsoft 365 and other products within Microsoft 365 portfolio. Salary $117,000 - $117,000.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus two years of systems engineering experience or related occupation. Must have at least two years of experience in each of the following: (1) Ensuring the operational health of a Microsoft 365/SharePoint environment, including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability; (2) Utilizing Azure functions, including .Net core, M365 power stack, Azure service bus, and data gateway; (3) Creating Azure application registrations for authentications, guest accounts, and mailbox resources; (4) Implementing automations using Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure Automation to schedule and run on-demand processes; (5) Building DevOps repository for code and automation management and version control; and (6) Creating and supporting flows through PowerApps.
