Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline. As Workforce Operations Manager, you will keep a pulse on team staffing to deliver a legendary experience our customers love and expect. Oversee WFM operations including guiding our team, evaluating effectiveness and communicating standards for our growing North American company!

Position Responsibilities
Lead the Workforce Management team by coaching, training and managing staff performance.
Review reports and data to see how well things are working and find ways to make them better.
Help spread the big picture plan for managing our staff across different call centers.
Work with customer service leaders to improve how we communicate and follow WFM procedures at our 13 branches in North America.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of operations or customer service leadership experience in coaching, developing and motivating a team.
Experience using workforce management (WFM) scheduling software.
Ability to evaluate data to identify trends.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
